At Karpos, we learned from the beginning to listen and follow the advice of mountaineers, drawn from their experiences in the mountains and on the world's most difficult walls. While each gave us their own feedback, they all shared three requirements: lightness, protection, and compactness. Our research and development department worked on these three aspects for years, resulting in the Vinson Evo jacket.

This jacket is made with a hybrid construction; the K-Dry fabric ensures waterproofing equivalent to a water column of 20,000 mm and breathability of 70,000 g/m²/24 h, while the thermal fleece panels on the hood, cuffs, inner sleeves and inner back provide comfort and warmth. Warmth is mainly provided by the PrimaLoft® Silver Active insulation: 100 grams on the sleeves and hood and 130 grams on the rest of the garment.

A complete set of technical features for just 650 grams of jacket, which can be quickly stored in your backpack when not in use thanks to its compactness.
