PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Textiles, glasses and accessories are guaranteed for 1 year.

MIS guarantees its products against any manufacturing defect. Any MIS product returned under warranty and recognized as defective by MIS will be replaced within 8 working days by an identical or superior model.

Products returned for inspection must be sent postage paid to our warehouse (address below), accompanied by a dated proof of purchase and a letter explaining the reasons for the return.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, neglect, mistreatment or damage resulting from exposure of the product to excessive temperature.
