REFUND POLICY

With MIS, it's 100% satisfaction! 
You have 7 working days upon receipt of your product to contact our Customer Service if you wish to make a return. You have 30 days to return the products to us.

Please note that we are not responsible for products shipped using a carrier that has been lost or stolen or that experiences delivery delays beyond our control.

PLEASE NOTE: You must contact our Customer Service before returning any order. If you do not do so, we will not be able to process your return request upon receipt.

Please have your order number ready; you will be asked for it when your call is processed.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are not permitted for return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items not eligible for return:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at montrealinternationalroller@gmail.com.
Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at montrealinternationalroller@gmail.com and send your item to: 160-1 PLACE DU COMMERCE, Place du Commerce, Bur 160, Île des Soeurs, QC, H3E 1A2, Canada.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will find out about your return.
Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Following a special order and the customer cancels within 10 days, a fee of 15% of the total invoice before tax will be deducted from the refund.
