THE ULTRA-EFFECTIVE SHOE COVERS We named these overshoes Pioggia Shoecover, an Italian word for "rain," which doesn't quite capture the essence of this style. With a zippered closure and sealed seams, as well as a silicone upper that keeps water out, it's fully waterproof. We've also lined the polyurethane-coated fabric with fleece to keep your feet cozy, even in the coldest weather. The ultra-stretchy material creates a snug, comfortable, and streamlined fit.
