The outer membrane keeps the jacket light and breathable, avoiding additional layers that would trap moisture
The fabric weighs only 125 g/m2 and stretches at least twice its original size in each direction
The inner lining of the fabric is 78% polyester / 22% elastane to maintain extreme elasticity while improving breathability.
The polyurethane membrane has been formulated to be more hydrophobic than standard polyurethane.

The next generation of foul-weather racing gear is here. The Gabba R short-sleeved jacket is our most protective and aerodynamic ever. The jacket was designed to meet the needs of professional cyclists, where every watt counts. It proved to be our fastest jacket in our wind tunnel tests, so you know you're not sacrificing speed to stay dry. The waterproof fabric hugs the body without restricting freedom of movement. The sleeves are designed to fit over gloves without adding bulk to the wrist. We've incorporated three mesh back pockets to keep what you might need close at hand, but the mesh ensures the pockets don't fill with water and weigh you down. The stretch fabric on the back of the jacket provides extra protection from road spray, and we've added reflective piping for increased visibility. We've once again raised the bar for what cold-weather racing gear should be.
