We designed these bib shorts to incorporate as much of the technology from our high-end professional racing shorts as possible, but at a more accessible price. And while they're certainly suitable for weekend races, they're also excellent, comfortable, and high-performing bib shorts even if you never pin them on a race number. The Competizione 2 Bibshort is made primarily from our textured Vortex fabric. We've used a wide, stretchy leg band with integrated silicone to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. The KISS Air2 chamois offers comfort that comes very close to that of our high-end chamois pads, but at an unbeatable price. We've updated the bib straps somewhat: the back panel is made of mesh for breathability, while the straps are made from a lightweight, stretchy material that remains comfortable even after several hours on the bike. The intangible element you'll appreciate most lies in our ability to design a perfectly tailored fit, the result of the work of the Castelli engineering team.
